to the post.? If the shift is only 50Hz, something is amiss.? Should be as in photo.
The
offset is used in tune mode also.? ?Inadequate drive could result in underloading the finals and excessive screen current.? Check for exposure by loading the radio up then whistling the radio up in sideband while checking the ALC level and
screen current.? If the screen exceeds specs, you will need to revisit the drive levels and offset.
I ceased SR-2000 restoration several years ago and still have a substantial inventory of spare parts and a few SR-2000's that were in the Q for restoration when I retired.? I will check for the carrier crystals tomorrow and get back. ?
