I can't really help you but..
I fixed an SX-117 that had a couple fried coils.
I disassembled them.? It was easy to count the turns including a secondary winding.
The paper form itself was charcoal but I found a throw-away give-away pen was the exact same diameter so
I used that.
It worked great again when I was done.
