They ARE SMC. They go to J55 and J56 the underside of the motherboard. On a non option 50 unit there is a simple jumper W13

This is just a V shaped bit of semi rigid coax, the same as type as used for the links (W15, W16) to the rear panel. You could make one out of the coax going to the rear panel.

The connections at the underside are just a stripped end of coax held in a collet. loosen the nut and you can pull the coax out. Pull it out and push it in straight and square to the panel.
