Probably you are talking about connectord for cellular adapters (part of Option 50 if memory serves me correctly). Not sure, but probably there is pair of SMC connectors. But why do you need to do something with this cable?

the best way to describe them is like a smaller sma connector, they have a external hex that you screw down until snug.
Does any know what these connectors are called and or were I can purchase some patch leads, not knowing what they are called makes looking for them a bit hard.
