I have no intention of distributing the document. I have a short on the -15V of the A9 module (Vector Output), which pulls the power supply down and prevents the device from turning on.

In any case, if it’s not possible for you to send me the full document, could you send me only the page for the A9 module with the UNB option (P/N: E4400-60141)?

That would be a great help.

Check the tantalums, they usually fail short-circuit.
What exact part number of the board is it? Agilent had a few versions.
