Mike,
I think that your dynamic range is dependent upon the sensor used. So, if your sensor a 8481A it goes from +20 to -30 then there you go. Most sensors have the 50db range(8482H 45db range).

Before you go and try and repair the power meter try and do a full re-alignment on it. I have found that if you are not getting good readings at the low end that re-aligning the 436A will
