Actually, no. The options are set in the calibration constants, except for 006 (delete pulse modulation) and 007 (relaxed phase noise specification). 007 is a hardware thing, 006 is on the A60 board

As far as I know the options are determined by jumpers on the CPU board (upper right as I remember - but not absolutely sure) - think all the options are supported in the firmware and jumpers
