I have had a UPS store pack for me only once; the store, in suburban Minneapolis, did an excellent job with a large tube-type oscilloscope, getting it to me undamaged. Packaging and shipping to the west coast was ~$100 so definitely not cheap.

This auction has potential since the primary focus is HAM stuff.? Someone may find the a deal.
