I too have a 8593A and there is no display. HPWRUP signal (5V) comes for a second and goes down to zero after Power On. All the supply LEDs are glowing. However the +5.2 V drops to about 4V. I am unable to understand whether this is power supply issue or motherboard issue. What is the function of Line trigger? and is 2.5V on this terminal OK, if you remember.
