On the front of the scope, under the bezel, it says:
"180A Oscilloscope - Option HO3".
The scope also has the following stickers:
"Northern Telecom, Montreal" and "Bell Canada - T. A. Engineering - Test Set". (There could be something else on the 2nd sticker, but the part
under "Test Set" is covered by another "Bell Canada" sticker).
Perhaps the HO3 Option was something special for Bell Canada, or for
telephone work?

Can't find mention of a H03 Option for 180A in my 77 thro 82 HP catalogues
(incomplete). Nearest I can find is Option 003 (no probes) and H49 (remote programming) for a 181. Where did you see option H03 quoted?
