I got a 33522a Arb Signal Generator. I'm still looking for a file format description of the binary arb file format ( *.barb ).

I found some information about this format and I still can create this files with the basic Parameters

- Number of Channel

- Numbers of Data Points

- Vmax

- Vmin

- Checksum

- Datapoints

I found some information about the ASCII Version of the file format ( *.arb ) and there are some more parameter i can set.

The problem ist for using the whole 16M space i do need the binary file structure.

Finally there are several 32bit or 64bit int / float values which are unknown for me. IT seems to me this unknown values could set a lot of interesting Parameters.

Is anyone in this group who has a full description of the *.barb file format for the 33522a series?

Alternative could be someone who hast the keysight sw benchvue with Wave Form Option for creating such binary arb Files. He could create a Set of Files with different settings. This could analyzed by my sw.
