It looks like the VNA cal kit tool that Vladan mentioned also includes the definitions, so that will save a lot of typing. ?I¡¯ll have to cross check and see if the numbers in this document agree with those in the tool. I seem to recall a post on this mailing list wherein Keysight changed the definitions for the 85033F at various times, so I suspect there might be some differences in the stored standards between the various tools. ? It is a shame that the old webpage is gone because it was a nice and concise reference.
