That statement usually means they won¡¯t sell you certain parts as they want you to send the unit to them for repair. Although the 16047A is a current product, Keysight do not offer repair services outside the warranty period. They want to sell you a new unit.?
I¡¯ve got a some bits and pieces in a box somewhere but I¡¯m not sure that part is there. Give me a few days to go digging.?
