I've been trying to find a spare part for a HP16047A test fixture (used on e.g. a HP4275 LCR meter). The part I'm after is described in the manual as 'stopper' p/n?16047-40000 and is a small plastic part that stops the bias switch from being set to the 100V range.
Keysight customer centre tell me 'Unfortunately we are unable to provide the part 16047-40000 as this is not for trade sale'. As this text fixture is still available new as far as I can tell, does this just mean they won't supply parts described in the service manual or am I missing something?
