PROBLEM SOLVED !
After the memory card was unplugged from the CPU card which has retention the battery and then plugged again the problem disappeared.
Conclusion the ERASE ALL of the analyzer doesn't clear properly the internal memory, the only way to do a real clear is to disassemble the memory card from the CPU board of the 70900B.
I presume also for the A version.
