Viewable online, but there are download options in various formats.
From a quick look, from page 3-37 onwards, this is an "old school"
instrument with a non IEEE488.2 or SCPI command set, so no *IDN? etc.
But there are a lot of things you can do with it, but the learning curve
is going to be steep if all you've used are later IEEE488.2 compliant
type instruments.
There is also a digital/analogue external programming port, where you
can control it with various unique digital and analogue signals.
