So once the 400S measurement period is reached and the variations are sufficiently low (say below 20) the control loop should change from jumping to a low pass filtered compensation in the hope the SI5351 module is sufficiently thermally isolated so the fluctuations in the measurement are only coming from the jitter in the PPS?
