Hello all,
I've installed recently the TK5, and cannot refind my compile output in REVOUT.
Under TK4 I've found it already out, where a HERC01x output is landed, but I've lost the setting, how can I

Re: MVS-TK5 startup problem on Linux
Per Rob's recent message where he said he's waiting for additional software updates and expects to release Update 3 sometime in May, this is almost certainly not what Update 3 will be in its final

Re: MVS-TK5 startup problem on Linux
Illegal instruction is probably due to the bundled Hercules binary included in
TK5 being compiled for a different processor than what you have, and is trying
to use an instruction that your processor

Re: Using CBT Tape in particular the LISP CBT 476 issue
I would like to have a full LISP for MVS 3.8j. I tried the one in question from CBT. I tried the ones found in the MTS distribution. Unfortunately, something is always missing!
In fact just for fun I

Re: (Very minor) I wonder why MVS 3.8 TK5 update 3 is somehow not easily be found
Great.? ?I guess that is why it was called update 2(2) then.
Tbh, moving to this releases (and from Tk4- to Tk5 now), the whole MVS is really a breakthrough.? Working on my Docker based now.? I

Hi,
Update-3 is not released yet.

Re: Using CBT Tape in particular the LISP CBT 476 issue
Hi,
for these format files you need to 'receive' them

Re: Using CBT Tape in particular the LISP CBT 476 issue
They are XMIT archives.
You need to use the RECEIVE command to extract them.
Regarding LISP: it's meant for TSO/E and VS FORTRAN libraries, so it's a no-no for MVS 3.8j.
