Manual GC28-1029-4, "OS/VS2 MVS System Programming Library: Initialization and Tuning Guide" is available for purchase at the Centre for Computing History, online at .? This manual is actually for MVS/SP (it's dated 1985), so it's not an exact match for the publicly-available MVS 3.8, but it's pretty close.

I have yet to find a copy of GC28-0681, the Init. and Tuning manual for MVS 3.8.? If anyone has a line on one of these, please let me know.
