And if I get owner or admin rights, does it just only apply to that
group, or the entire groups.io site.
You only get owner rights to the group you create, or to any group where the existing owner promotes you to the role of co-owner.
And what抯 happens, if some one decides to create a group, and
accidentally picks a group, which has a current name. What happens?
You get an error message: "That address has already been taken." After that you can try another name.
