Bruce, I tend to go in and delete messages older than 10 days from the group plus the member that was having that issue has also posted on this thread with her information. The member is Lynnetta ALLEN and hopefully her information gave give more insight into what could be happening.
Also just to let you know she is the only member that as far as I know has had this problem as she was the only one that has mentioned it to me.
