Malcolm, The group was never set to announcement only at any time and I checked the activity logs and shows she posted messages for a long time before that happened.
And on the 15th of the month, she changed her status to no mail then changed back to individual messages on the 22nd of April other than that she never had issues before that I could tell under her activity. Plus under email delivery history everything looks okay from what I could see and on 23 of April she had a login link message sent if that means anything or helps to understand what may have happened.
