If I wanted to make changes to a member's level of moderation, then I would certainly have to use the API, and meet those requirements.? But I get the very same error if I was trying to use WGET to download the html page for "".?
I am just not setting the proper command-line options for the SSL handshaking to succeed. Firefox takes care of that for me, and I was hoping someone doing it already would see my question and respond.
