Bruce, Thanks for quick response and info.
My experience with Thunderbird was just an example.? My concern is that the current large header takes up a lot of real estate and I think detracts from the usefulness of the full featured digest, particularly on smaller screens.?? I'll just continue to recommend the simple digest to our members if they want something condensed. Take care, john |

Message delivery tracking is a function of the account, not the group. As a group owner, you can only see information that applies to your own group, so what is shared with you by clicking this button is by its very nature incomplete.? For example, an account can go into bouncing status even if nothing has been posted to group X, because of activity in group Y (or notifications that didn't get delivered, etc.). In such a case, you as the group X owner would go into that subscriber's email delivery history and see absolutely nothing wrong, but the account is bouncing anyway. Individual account holders can get a more complete picture of their own message delivery at?/account?page=bounces Bruce |

You might check on that.? Some email services are more prone to intermittent bouncing fests than others. She went back to Yahoo and those same files opened perfectly. She has Windows 10. I have a member who has successfully posted three times since our transfer, but last night got two of his messages rejected with the following "explanation":

I just reviewed the Email Delivery History for all members of my group who selected Special Notices Only under Email Delivery. I would expect to see the most recent special notice as the?Most Recent Successful Delivery. But I see a variety, including the initial welcome message to the group after migration from Yahoo, the first special message sent since the migration, and the most recent special message.

I have looked and looked at the Settings section under ¡°Admin.¡± IThere are several ways message moderation can be invoked, superseding the group's setting. Is it possible to make the message titles live so that if you click in the title, it takes you down to the specific message within the digest itself? ?I don't want to make them live, as they are in this GMF group, so that they take you to the web. ?I was just hoping there was a way to avoid a person having to scroll to find the specific message.

He indicates?I just tried and still see a red circle with a slash thru it when I put my cursor over any of the file choices on top of the files page.? I tried to gety a screen print but the red circle/slash does not appear.? This does not happen with the other groups I belong to.¡±

Does anyone else have any experience with this issue?
