Trouble opening files here that do open in Yahoo
¿ªÔÆÌåÓýWe can¡¯t always see the extensions on our file titles. How can we make them visible? I mean like .doc, .txt and so on. One owner, using a PC is unable to open most of our files. She went back to Yahoo and those same files opened perfectly. She has Windows 10. We are trying to see if there is a pattern here.?I am using a Mac and not having trouble opening files in??and I can see the extensions for the most part. Stuck at waiting for first email

I am late to the game due to the owner of the yahoo group was not accessible until this week. ?I sent the invite yesterday and I am still waiting for the email. ?Do I start over again or continue to wait? ?Getting nervous as I have a subgroup to come over as well.

I have a member who has successfully posted three times since our transfer, but last night got two of his messages rejected with the following "explanation":

I just reviewed the Email Delivery History for all members of my group who selected Special Notices Only under Email Delivery. I would expect to see the most recent special notice as the?Most Recent Successful Delivery. But I see a variety, including the initial welcome message to the group after migration from Yahoo, the first special message sent since the migration, and the most recent special message.
What is the reason for this inconsistency?? Are not all people who selected Special getting all of the special notices? Regards, Stan Garfield /g/SIKM/ |

I have looked and looked at the Settings section under ¡°Admin.¡± IThere are several ways message moderation can be invoked, superseding the group's setting. Is it possible to make the message titles live so that if you click in the title, it takes you down to the specific message within the digest itself? ?I don't want to make them live, as they are in this GMF group, so that they take you to the web. ?I was just hoping there was a way to avoid a person having to scroll to find the specific message.

One member is experiencing a strange problem when trying to create a New Folder in my?/g/CruisersNetworkOnline

He indicates?I just tried and still see a red circle with a slash thru it when I put my cursor over any of the file choices on top of the files page.? I tried to gety a screen print but the red circle/slash does not appear.? This does not happen with the other groups I belong to.¡±

Does anyone else have any experience with this issue?

green button to go ahead with transfer - keep getting message to click it again
When I click the green go ahead with transfer button I am taken back to the top of the page where it tells me click it again because Yahoo is being flaky.
I have done this at least half dozen times, but it just keeps happening. |

I think another way to solve this is to delete the member's membership and then Direct Add that person as a new member with the new email address. ? I think I have done this, and it worked.
i thought I learned before is that when you see the "address already registered" means that person is using that new address in another groups.io group. ?Hence, my approach above wirks. |
