It appears to me that that message is sent by MS Office/Mail.? Maybe you could check with a few of the folks and see if that's what they have in common.

You can't. The limitation is with those types of links ("mailto:"). Better to use your email interface's own Reply function, even though that may require copy/pasting the sender's address. And
