I have just had my group transferred to groups.io, and most things seem to have gone very smoothly.
However, I have some members who are unable to see the messages they are sending to the list, though they see others, and other people can see theirs.
Since it is only some people, I assume it is not a global setting. Has anyone any suggestions as to how I can advise my members.
There doesn¡¯t seem to be any pattern of the email addresses.
A few people have also received this message back:

Any ideas?
