I have a member of a small group that I own who is having trouble logging in.? I've copied her entire message here.? I suspect that it's a problem with her browser, but I'm not sure.? She's an older lady and not very good with technology but I'm hoping I can
help her find a solution.? I'm not the most technical person either, but I'm hoping someone here can help.
My group is a Legacy enabled Basic group, if that makes a difference.

Every time I try to do more than read the messages i get the request to sign in then the message to ask for a sign in which I do but the version that lets me do everything does not work. I don¡¯t know what else to do. It¡¯s very frustrating.

After you look at a photo, do you click the back button to return to the previous screen, or do you click on Messages in the left menu, or do you click on the Home button, or something else?

Then when I go back to messages and click on the site I get the same messages that I have to sign in with username and password
