this really seems like some user error and there¡¯s two users.?

when you logged in on the pad and it first happened, were the email address and pw auto-filled or did you manually enter them? ?possibly there are two email addresses - the incorrect account being one character typo off of the other?
Verify the email addresses used on all devices when signed in. ?Send a message from the user profile page on all devices.?

when signed in on a ¡°good¡± device, make some inconsequential change to your owner account and save it. It¡¯s somevsnafu perhaps that will reset things and the ipad sign in will get to the correct account - MAKE SURE you log out and loge back in with the correct credentials.?
