I ran a couple of more tests, Sometimes it rejects the post outright and other time it allows the manger of the group to approve the post.

This group is run by to users, and it has been very helpful.

How do I communicate directly with management of Groups.Io with suggestions and complaints?

Bob, I suggest that you do more testing by asking a non-member to send your group an email. I could do it from a couple of Gmail accounts. Then you would see whether or not it works. You can moderate the test emails, rejecting them.

?

You haven't said how you are testing - from your own email accounts not affiliated with your group??

?

You can join that Mark Fletcher runs to make suggestions or report bugs. You must use a hashtag for any post to that group. However I think you need to test more.
