The message is?550 5.1.1 Not our Customer.?To me that means she isn¡¯t a member but she is. What J said. "Our" in that context means the email service. They're telling you that address is not in use at their service. ? She is using the same email she always has and I¡¯ve sent 8 bouncing probes over the past week. Nevertheless, look carefully for a typo in the email address.
