When you write your welcome message letting members know about your transferring them to ?and you paste it into the box in the admin section of your new group and you make it “active” does it go out immediately or does the site send it out after it realizes the transfer is complete. We are writing one but unsure when to make it “active.” We don’t want members coming over and roaming around a forum that we aren’t finished setting up the way we like it.
