Sorry, no, it doesn¡¯t; it doesn¡¯t have tabs at all, it has a list of options in the left margin, none of which is Member Notices. Where should I be looking?
Admin > Settings
Click on "Member Notices" button near the top of the page
Then click on "+New Notice"
Use the "Notice Type" dropdown menu to select the type of notice
Edit message
Make sure the "Active Message" box is checked
Click on "Add Notice" at bottom of the page
