No, each account can only receive messages at one address.? You
can have multiple addresses (aliases) for sending
replies/messages.

Extending what Duane wrote above, if you have users who'd like to
have the email sent to additional accounts, have them set up an
email rule on their email client (e.g. Outlook, GMail, etc.).? The
rule would also forward group.io email to one or more
accounts.
