Our experiences differ...when I try to log in to do anything, it gives an authentication error, even though it never has in the past, and all credentials are correct.? I have tried tens of times and no joy.

Actually, the program still works very well, it's YG that is dysfunctional.? Folks on the PGO forums are having various amounts of success.? Several have gotten everything after numerous attempts, especially files and photos.
