Are you planning to manually invite them to the group?? If so, you enter their name and email on the invite screen as needed.
Joe Smith <jsmith@...>?
This would enter their name in the system on acceptance.
If the email in a subscription?request, it gets the name off the email and if they sign up on the web, its from their profile.
Can you explain your form and how it will tie to the group?
