Roman, Your Gemini1 unit may be damaged, or one or both motors, or their cables, also damaged. You already tried all reasonable efforts to figure it out. You should send your Gemini1, and it's motors

You should be able to power off, release the clutches, move the mount by hand to CWD, tighten the clutches and then power on with a cold start. All should be well after that. If not please let us know
