Turning off Set Time on connect allowed a perfectly good connection.?? All working normally AFAICT.

This is *most* odd.? I wonder how the Sc command isn¡¯t working (over serial port) for EITHER of the two G2s I have here?

I can¡¯t see that it would work for pretty much everything else and timeout on a :Sc unless there¡¯s a problem in the firmware ¡­

Yes it was! Seems that your Gemini doesn't like setting UTC time. The result of the command isn't received 10 seconds after the command was issued (I actually increased the serial timeouts in the later versions of Gemini.NET, it used to be 5 sec).

I don't know what to tell you. Try turning off the Set Gemini Time on Connect and see how far you get without the :Sc command being used and if any other commands cause problems.
