Thanks, Ron. So it looks like there's very little difference between when you press and don't press the RA button, which is not what I'd expect. Can you set the HC mode to Visual, and do one more photo of the balance screen while pressing one of the RA buttons?

Are you pressing the physical buttons on the back of the hand controller?
