I assume what he meant was (for example) plugging in computer via USB and then other devices via ethernet.

With the ASIAIR and Gemini-2 connected to a Wi-Fi router you already have a complete standalone network you can connect to using Wi-Fi or Ethernet.?
What does the USB3 data line do??
