Re: My Budwig Story
How do you culture it in the yogurt maker? Do you start with cottage cheese or with quark? I¡¯m wondering if the cottage cheese is causing me issues.

Re: Barlean¡¯s 40% off retail
Yes, I get Barlean's cheaper than the 40% discount at my local HEB store in
Texas. I can't order the $90 for free shipping, so the discount didn't work
out for me.

Re: Barlean¡¯s 40% off retail
Good on Barleans for doing this, but it is still a lot more expensive than the generic brands that do the same thing. I was on a tight budget when I began so had to save at every opportunity.

Re: Weight Loss
Thanks Rod!! Unfortunately, when I first tried it, I did add a little too much ginger so I know what you mean. I¡¯ll try it again with much less ginger.

Re: Weight Loss
Gotta be careful with the ginger, much more than 1" cube or so can get spicy.
I always made enough for two servings so I could drink the 2nd later in the day.
8 oz apple or pineapple
4 oz kale

Re: Tooth Infection

I used to use 1 TBS coconut oil, and swish for 10-20 minutes.
This was difficult for me.
Now I have learned to use CASTOR OIL, only 1 tsp and swish for 1-2 minutes.
This seems to
