Re: Increase RED BLOOD CELL PRODUCTION

Hi Annie,

I've heard that wheat grass juice is good for RBCs. You can get it at Whole Foods in the frozen section.

Re: Connecting with survivors

I just wanted to give people an update. My cancer is pretty serious and in theory, I have about 4 months left to live according to my docs basic estimation after I refused a chemo pill and phase 1 trials.

There is no doubt that I feel better in general. I have had quite a bit of energy, bleeding from my rectum has gone away (which I believe has to do with diet + coffee enimas) and in general, I do have a feeling of hope that can beat this thing.

I am working on my 7th week of the protocol, but I am continuously trying to re-evaluate what I'm doing and make sure I'm doing as much of the protocol that I can as I'm not 100% every day with the protocol. Most of the time I end up skipping lunch since I just had the FOCC mixture around 10am and I eat it again around 3:30pm, with dinner following around 6 or 7pm. I intake a lot of juice and I am using the Prife iTerraHertz wand on average 2 times each day, which adds 8 cups of water to my diet. I've added in essiac tea around 8pm and I take a second glass of sour kraut juice around 9pm right before I start relaxing to goto bed.

Since being let go from chemo, I've seen just a steady increase in my CEA antigen test, which has historically been a good indicator on how my cancer is doing. I saw decreases when the tumors were shrinking on chemo and increases when I saw spread on my liver on chemo. In general, to me, this would mean my cancer is still growing and spreading right now.

People continuously say that it takes at least 3 months for the diet to start working, but it's definitely scary when that's nearly half the time you have left (in theory), as it's kinda a commitment point I had to accept 7 weeks ago.

Re: Increase RED BLOOD CELL PRODUCTION

Hi All,

Erythropoiesis <>?is the process by which new red blood cells are produced; it lasts about 7 days. Through this process red blood cells are continuously produced in the red bone marrow <>?of large bones. (In the embryo <>, the liver <>?is the main site of red blood cell production.) The production can be stimulated by the hormone <> erythropoietin <>?(EPO), synthesised by the kidney. Just before and after leaving the bone marrow, the developing cells are known as reticulocytes <>; these constitute about 1% of circulating red blood cells.

In the Netherlands they advise Floradix.
"Iron is an essential mineral that helps to make red blood cells, which transport oxygen around the body. If you don¡¯t have enough iron, your body can¡¯t make enough healthy oxygen-carrying red blood cells. Without healthy red blood cells, your body can¡¯t get enough oxygen and without sufficient oxygen in the body, you¡¯re going to become fatigued."

I hope this is of some use to you.

Kind regards,
Joost

Re: Increase RED BLOOD CELL PRODUCTION

Eating lots of green foods, seaweed, spiruluna and wakame especially. Pretty much all green, leafy vegetables. Also eating beetroot and drinking carrot juice.?
And if there¡¯s need of increasing platelets, drinking papaya leaf tea helps.?
All the best,
