I am sorry it has taken me so long to reply. Things have been a little crazy around here. My daughter broke her back...and then we had a long-term visitor until this Saturday. I'm finally going through my personal emails again. I'm afraid I don't know exactly what my mom ate while she was doing chemo. I will ask her if she remembers. I just know that she has told me many times how she cooked shiitake mushrooms regularly (at least once a week) and ate them with pasta or rice -- and felt the tumor "melt" as I described in my initial reply. I also know that she still eats her olive oil with the garlic, dried herbs (oregano and basil), and turmeric and black pepper every day. Just note that it is important to take black pepper and some kind of fat with the turmeric/curcumin to make it more bioavailable.? Back to the mushrooms: I think capsules or tincture should work just fine and perhaps even better as they may be more concentrated. I don't know that for certain, though. At any rate, capsules or tincture would certainly be better than not taking the mushrooms at all. I see that others have mentioned other mushrooms that are also effective against cancer. Just stick to the mushrooms mentioned in this thread. I don't remember why, but my mom has told me not to eat portobello mushrooms under any circumstance. I need to ask her to remind me why that is. For now, stick to shiitake, maitake, reishi, turkey tail, (ie mushrooms specifically mentioned in this thread).? Best wishes to you and your mom. I really hope the BP + mushrooms can help her! Lisa

Re: Info on Sauerkraut juice and coffee enemas
When I made sauerkraut there wasn't much "juice", nor should there be. You should use a masticating juicer to juice the fermented cabbage, and you should process the pulp a couple of times as well because there will be little more juice left in it after the first pressing. As for coffee enemas, all you need to know is in this article: https://www.drlwilson.com/articles/coffee%20enema.htm All the best, Rod in MN/USA On Thursday, April 24, 2025 at 01:51:37 AM CDT, kumar p via groups.io <kumarccdb@...> wrote: Any info on once cabbage is fermented, should we be drinking water from it or use those fermented raw cabbage pieces to juice it? ? also, procedure on coffee enemas helps. The Budwig clinic in Spain doesn¡¯t have a great reputation due to them adding and selling expensive supplements, which Dr. Budwig didn¡¯t recommend.?
The more reputable clinic is the 3E centre in Stuttgart, Germany. Here is a link;

Dr. Budwig didn¡¯t prescribe exercise such as cycling or jogging, especially with metastasis. However, she highly recommended daily walks among nature.
You are right to consider your stress levels. Perhaps try meditation or EFT? I¡¯m sure the walks would help with relaxation too.

Wishing you well.

Re: Mom Breast cancer with Metastasis - Help
Hi Kumar ? To complete some of your unanswered questions: ? To reduce the fat content of store-bought whole milk, you can either boil it and then skim off the cream, or let it sit in the fridge for 24 hours to allow the fat to separate before skimming. Boiling can slightly alter the fats in milk.? ? 1. Boiling and Skimming:? ?
? 2. Refrigeration and Skimming:? ?
? Other group members in India have previously written that the process of making Quark is the same as making Paneer, finishing before the pressing stage. So after reducing the fat content of the milk, you could make quark/soft Paneer. In our files section we have recipes for making quark: ? /g/FlaxSeedOil2/files/FSO2%20Folder%205%20-%20Foods ? If you can¡¯t buy or make sauerkraut, be sure to give your mum probiotic foods such as buttermilk, kefir, miso, kimchi, kombucha and tempeh. It is better to boil or steam vegetables rather than fry them. ? Best wishes Julie, UK |

Hello group,?

I want to introduce myself.

I¡¯m struggling with breast cancer, which seems to be spreading, but I don¡¯t actually have a diagnosis and I¡¯m not seeing an oncologist.?
In early 2023 I went for a mammogram because I was ¡°due¡± at age 40, but also because I had some mild shooting pains in my right breast (right side).? They found a tiny spot on the chest wall above the right breast and asked me back for more mammograms. On the second round (Feb 2023) they mammogrammed ALOT! I did not have a good feeling about it at all. They also used the ultrasound to try to find the spot they¡¯d seen before. They were not able to find that spot with the ultrasound, but saw it again on the mammogram.? I asked them while they were doing the ultrasound, to check the right side, and they saw nothing there with the ultrasound or mammogram.? They told me that the spot on the chest was too small to biopsy, and it was probably benign, but to come back for mammograms every 6 months to keep an eye on it.?
Well, a few days later, I started having burning pain in that right breast that I had never had before. After that, I noticed a progression in that right side (along with occasional pain on my chest) which manifested as pain whenever I had any sugar, such as juice, wine, actual sugar, etc. Since then, I have slowly seen a progression of a thick spot in the right side of my right breast. There are times when it¡¯s doing better, but overall it¡¯s grown and now seems to be spreading under my arm.?
?
So I have been on BP for about 2 years, but only followed it by about 90%, having an ¡°off¡± meal about once a week, and buttered organic popcorn also once a week.?
?
My other modifications are mostly in the area of carbs. I don¡¯t eat anything sweet or bread or potatoes or fruit, except for 2/3 cup black/blue/cranberries in my smoothies.
I use my Blentec to make all my BP meals as smoothies with the flaxseed, FOCC, Sacha inchi, greens powder or actual greens, stevia liquid, and 1/4 tsp ginger.? supplements:?
cinnamon (before morning smoothie)
vitamin D occasionally?
vitamin c occasionally?
?
Evening:?
I have trouble with glycogen dumping in the early morning and causing cancer pain (that¡¯s how I know it¡¯s happening). I¡¯ve been able to stop this by taking berberine and magnesium Glycinate just before bed. Sometimes I also have a couple eggs.?
since January, I have been taking Ivermectin.?
I started with 20 mg, 4 days per week and now I¡¯m up to 45 mg 4 days per week. However, I have recently noticed mild pain under my arm. So I don¡¯t know if the IVM is helping or not.? I am definitely not a BP worshiper, as 90% success is only 90%. But I do believe it¡¯s a helpful part of any protocol, and I want to continue.?
I struggle with knowing what other modalities to include. I know that I need to be exercising more and getting more sunshine. I also would like some way to manage stress better. I have a job, 6 kids and a husband who all keep me busy.?
I don¡¯t want to go back to oncology, because I know that they will just want me to do more mammograms and MRIs, and I feel like those things made it worse last time. However, I am looking for naturopathic or alternative medical opinions right now.?
I have a call with the Budwig Clinic coming up soon. I definitely can¡¯t afford their packages, but some of their supplements look good.?
I appreciate any feedback or advice.?
Blessings!

If possible, take your last meal as early as possible, like 4PM, you can snack on lemon water, herbal tea, etc

I¡¯m in the healing process from the DCIS in my right breast. I¡¯m taking Ivermectin and fenbendazole. 3 days a week fenbendazole 444mg (with d vitamin and fat)?per day and Ivermectin (with zinc and meal)?6 days a week 36-48mg but now probably I will take it 4-5 days a week due to the side effects. I found both of them very helpful. I do Budwig musli daily. Berberine has been great too and iodine! Red light lamp and infrared light locally to the tumor and armbit. Also I started to use neem oil topically which has felt good so far. Hopefully you will get good advice from the Budwig clinic!
