Re: My Budwig Story

Buffalo-check,
I use a packet of mesophilic culture that is used to make cheese. There are many on Amazon. I heat a gallon of 2% milk to 86 degrees F. Then let it cool. I put it into 2 half gallon yogurt makers, add the starter packet and stir. Turn it on and wait 24 hours. That is important because if you culture shorter than that it will still have the milk sugar in it. Then strain it through cheese cloth to remove the whey and you have quark. I cannot digest cottage cheese, so this works for me.

Another method is to find cultured buttermilk that has live cultures and no fillers. Pour 2 quarts of cold buttermilk (don¡¯t heat) into yogurt maker, turn on and let it culture 24 hours, strain out whey and you have quark.

If I don¡¯t have time to make it or I run out, I buy farmers cheese (dry curd cottage cheese) which is basically quark cheese. But homemade is better.

Re: My Budwig Story

Unfortunately you are correct. There is no money to be made by promoting a protocol that is entirely made up of food that you can buy in any store. It would take a person with several million $$$ of disposable income that didn't expect anything in return to take on Budwig as a study.

There are people piggybacking off of Budwig with snake oil such as "capsules" that are supposedly JuSt As GoOd. And the worst part is some people believe them. I have corrected many people who suggest those pills on fb cancer sites.

All we can do is preach the gospel according to Johanna and hope people listen.

Gotta be careful with the ginger, much more than 1" cube or so can get spicy.

I always made enough for two servings so I could drink the 2nd later in the day.

8 oz apple or pineapple

4 oz kale

2 oz parsley or spinach

1 small Roma tomato

ginger

1 fat celery rib

1/4 of a large beet

2-1/2 pounds of carrots, give or take, to finish

All are approximates as I don't have a scale.

IDK about studies, but I juiced apple/pineapple, carrot, beet, tomato, kale, parsley, celery, ginger twice a day every day. I also added raspberries and blueberries to my FO/CC every day. "In addition to glucose, recent studies suggest that fructose could be alternative energy source for cancer growth. Fructose can be preferentially metabolized under low oxygen condition to accelerate glucose utilization, and exhibit distinct effects, including production of uric acid and lactate as major byproducts. In particular, uric acid promotes the Warburg effect by preferentially downregulating mitochondrial respiration and increasing aerobic glycolysis that may aid metastases that initially have low oxygen supply. I have to disagree with this, as does the protocol. Juicing is a large part of the protocol, including carrots, beets, apples, pineapple, etc. Processed sugar has no value, but "sugar" from fruits, berries and vegetables are not the same.

I ate apricot seeds off and on, didn't really see much difference. That doesn't say they won't help, but nothing significant in my experience. Apricot Power was the brand. I also drank Essiac tea for a few years, and when I stopped that I also didn't notice any change either so I also question it's efficacy.

When taking things that might conflict, such as anti-oxidants, one should take them at least 2 hours apart from the flax oil and cottage cheese.

Hello,

His inflammation is little bit high, and he doesn't want to use antibiotic. Doctor said that he has pneumonia. Also he has little bit anemia. Why we can't stop this damn tumor? I am scattered.

I'm losing hope :(?

Thanks,

Hello there!

I do appreciate your opinion. But it is not off the Internet that I got the information from. I actually do it any time that I get pain starting in a tooth in my mouth.. It has worked out quite well for me but I also understand it may not work for some people. Have a great weekend.

Jenny?

?FYI -?Barlean¡¯s has an assistance program (40% off retail). They apply this to those fighting cancer, autism, brain injury, etc., and also to service members (first responders, military, health care providers).

I understand it is shipped directly to your address.

Re: Weight Loss

Gotta be careful with the ginger, much more than 1" cube or so can get spicy.

I always made enough for two servings so I could drink the 2nd later in the day.

8 oz apple or pineapple

4 oz kale

2 oz parsley or spinach

1 small Roma tomato

ginger

1 fat celery rib

1/4 of a large beet

2-1/2 pounds of carrots, give or take, to finish

All are approximates as I don't have a scale.

Yes, it is my own version of V-8 juice. I still make it every day. It is the healthiest thing I consume these days.

IDK about studies, but I juiced apple/pineapple, carrot, beet, tomato, kale, parsley, celery, ginger twice a day every day. I also added raspberries and blueberries to my FO/CC every day. Dr. B suggested a lot of things that others frowned upon such as wine and champagne. Perhaps she just knew something?

Most online studies suggest fructose should be avoided, which is the sugar found in most fruits and veggies. One example:

Fructose contributes to the Warburg effect for cancer growth,?

  • Review
  • Published: 10 July 2020

"In addition to glucose, recent studies suggest that fructose could be alternative energy source for cancer growth. Fructose can be preferentially metabolized under low oxygen condition to accelerate glucose utilization, and exhibit distinct effects, including production of uric acid and lactate as major byproducts. In particular, uric acid promotes the Warburg effect by preferentially downregulating mitochondrial respiration and increasing aerobic glycolysis that may aid metastases that initially have low oxygen supply. Blocking fructose metabolism may be a novel approach for the prevention and treatment of cancer."

"He must stop ALL sugars and carbs"

I honestly believe that if the tumour is still growing then you need to add some more protocols to the BP. Raw bitter apricot seeds for example. You cane get some very good ones online e.g Amazon. Just see the reviews and then settle on the best one. I saw a video where a doctor said that the recommended dose is 2000mg daily for those fighting cancer and 500mg for maintenance. Liposomal Vit C should be included in his daily regimen too.?

?

He must stop ALL sugars and carbs and just?

?

Also do LOTS of raw vegetable juicing ( ginger, lemon, moringa powder, tumeric, black pepper, carrots and a host of other greens), pure virgin coconut oil etc

?

My father was down in 2016 and these were some of the things we did to shrink the tumours and get him healed. He had a test in 2018 and the doctor said the nodules he saw were too insignificant to be worried about. My father is still taking 500mg of apricot seeds daily for maintenance.? To God be all the glory!

I wish your father well and pray for healing for him.

If he has pneumonia, that should be treated however best it can be. If that means antibiotics then sobeit. Pneumonia can be quite deadly if left untreated, but relatively harmless if dealt with early.

Re: Tooth Infection

Oil pulling, yes.??
I? used to use 1 TBS coconut oil, and swish for 10-20 minutes.
This was difficult for me.

Now I have learned to use CASTOR OIL, only 1 tsp and swish for 1-2 minutes.
This seems to have the same effect, and is much easier for me.

Hello

We went to the dentist because some of my father's teeth hurt. The doctor said that there was a lot of inflammation at the bottom of my father's teeth and that antibiotics should be used to remove it. However, since my father said he had cancer, the doctor said he could not perform this treatment on the grounds that it might pose a risk of metastasis. Does such a risk really exist? He requested an approval letter from the oncologist.
