Yes.....there is something as an alternative that may work for you,

The German quark is the most popular.

Hello group, I was faithfully using the cottage cheese and flax oil blend, but even with lactase enzyme my stomach refused to accept or digest this mixture. I finally had to quit. Is there any other substance that is non dairy that would work in place of the cottage cheese?? Thanks, Duane

Re: Extremely high PSA score

I am at 106 and it has not spread out of the Prostrate yet. Most doctors will tell you anything over 200 means it has spread to the pelvis LN usually is first, then the bones.?
Riding a bicycle or having sex the day before the test will increase it but not by that much.
A bone scan and a MRI will tell you more. They will also recommend a biospy.?
Chances are very good that the cancer has spread. Good luck.?

Re: FOCC daily batch

The protocol calls for 3tbl oil/6 tbl cc, but I did 4/8 for the first year or so because I was a larger guy and figured a little more can't hurt. If your body can only handle 2/4, that is better than none.

Re: FOCC daily batch

I have made the FO/CC sans flaxseeds ahead of time to take with me when away from home for the weekend and added the seeds when I ate a serving and it didn't seem to hurt any. That said, I think one should eat each entire serving in one sittting rather than nibbling throughout the day. Br B okayed the Budwig ice cream to use as a serving, and that needs to go in the freezer for a bit and can be kept for some time so I never saw any issue in blending a large batch.

I have ordered from Piping Rock in the past when PP was out of stock and it is good oil. It has a slightly different taste but not offensive. Their price is a bit higher but not terrible so. What made PP such a great deal was their buy 1 get 2 free sales which made the price less than $7 a bottle.

Re: Seeking information from a Bladder Cancer patient

Hi Larissa. Bladder Cancer is tricky. There¡¯s no cure. All dr can do is detect and treat. Bladder removal doesn¡¯t mean you are cured. Plenty of examples of cancer recurrence in this worst case scenario.

I will never acknowledge I¡¯m cured. But I have no symptoms and no issues and my exams have come back negative. And I still drink green juice and eat vegetables like broccoli kale cauliflower etc to keep my immune system revved.

It¡¯s working and I want everyone with BC to know. So they can try for themselves and not solely rely on drs who can¡¯t stop recurrence in most cases by Medicine alone.
