Rod,
?I'd assume as long as the protein content remains the same it should not be detrimental.
But like you, i also would like to see if anyone as aware of any significant differences in the end result.

Re: Vitamin D supplementation in winter

Absolutely supplement with vitamin D. I do all year 'round as I have always had a hard time finding time to sunbathe. Even if sunbathing, I would supplement vitamid D. I took 10k - 15k IU while actively on the protocol and still take 5k IU every morning. One should also supplement with k2 as it helps the body with the D. I also take zinc every day at the same time.

Sorry to interrupt your conversation but I'm curious about vit d supplements as well.? I have a Sperti Vitamin D machine. Is that permissible on the Budwig diet to restore Vit D levels???

Re: Questions about some herbal teas

Hello,?
Taheebo/Pau d'arco tea is also very beneficial for cancer, candida( some authorities believe that the candida is the main cause of? cancer) and inflammation. It is antifungal, antiviral, antifungal.?
Dr Axe has a webpage about the details. He usually is my go to person for simple, informative reading for many topics.?

For almost all cancer types, Essiac tea/ extract is the most recommended.?

Sincerely,?

Re: not cancer, but complicated diagnosis

Shalom Rahel

He would have to begin with the transition diet of course,? as the liver is affected.?
Why not begin with this, after checking for contraindications with his medicines.

Best wishes?

Re: not cancer, but complicated diagnosis

Rahel,
I surely hope the many testimonials from the Budwig patients/users will help convince him to give it a try at least.
Now the liver issues........there is one herb that may aid in his regenerative powers for his liver....Milk Thistle.
I believe, but nor sure, that? it may be compatible with Budwig.
Milk Thistle has shown to be beneficial for the liver in studies , so maybe it could help the gentleman.
Not sure this answers your questions.
Take care, shelter and stay safe.

Re: Help on artemisin nd where to buy

When it comes to artemisinin, the extract, you have to pulse on and off because the intestines develop a resistance to it after a couple days. With the actual herb, there is no need to pulse. When I drank it my stomach became irritated and I had to stop. I could tell it was doing something so I wanted to continue but had to get around my stomach so started adding to my enemas.

Rod ,thank you for taking time to help out.l dont enema ,stuck on chemo to keep wbc down ,have not figured a way around this as this is a symtom of leukemia. artemisin is suppose to attack cells with high iron, leukemia cells have the highest iron. From what i understand ,your saying powdered herb in juices and drinking in a tea makes it more absorbable and start off slow. Read somewhere do 4 days on and 3 days off to avoid becoming resistant to it.
Thanks again Rod

I would buy the powdered herb and brew it in my 5 cup drip coffee maker with 2 tbl of coffee. I worked up to 5 tbl of annua, but one should start with less and work up. You may get a Herxheimer reaction from too much too soon. Different lots of powder seemed to have different potency, but being a plant that is to be expected. When I started, 2 tbl did amazing. But when they ran out of that lot I had to use more of the new lot to keep the pace up.

When I started with the annua herb I added the powder to my juices, but after a while I developed stomach pains so had to find another way. I could tell it was helping so I wanted to continue with it.

Hi ²Ñ¨¹³¦²¹³ó¾±³Ù

I do know that Dr. Budwig highly recommended nettles and dandelion.

Questions about some herbal teas

Hello everyone,
?
I read in Budwig's book that you can drink herbal teas.
?
We also use some herbal teas for my father, but I wonder if they will directly harm the Budwig plan.
?
I know that Sandra frowns on the use of things that Budwig does not mention by name.
?
But I still can't help myself from being naughty and using some herbs that are highly recommended in the fight against cancer and about which there are serious articles.
?
For this reason, I would like to ask you if you have any information such as the following plants are definitely not suitable because they will harm this.
?
1- Horsetail Herb (Equisetum)
2- Dandelion
3- Plantago (Plantago Lanceolata)
4- Mistletoe (Viscum Album)
5- Lavandula stoechas
6- Achillea millefolium
7- Nettle
?
We use their tea at different times. We make sure that it is not close to FO/CC, we want to take advantage of its benefits. But is there any herb in these that would definitely complicate the Budwig protocol?
?
Thank you.

²Ñ¨¹³¦²¹³ó¾±³Ù.
