Aw, man. So, so sorry to hear this news, Cliff. She was a member as long as I have been I believe. You probably don't care to elaborate, but I was wondering was there an event that triggered a setback? Re: Budwig Diet
I had my best cholesterol numbers in my life after 6months of basic FOCC mix. Dropped from 220 down to 140.? HDL increased favorably.

Re: Sauerkraut
I drink 1/2 a cup first thing in the morning and last thing at night. So I use 1 cup a day now.
I get massive symptom reductions on my tumor areas doing this. I don't feel them most of the time; as to before there, I was typically noticing areas of slight inflammation most of the day. It's worth every penny. |

Thank you!

I was only drinking about 2 or 3 ounces of the cabbage juice,

Everyone has their own set amount they drink.
Now....making the sauerkraut and drinking its juices, is probably less expensive since you can make a large batch ,
and fridge it for awhile.? And probably more convenient once the batch is made.
Juicing the cabbage and other veggies can be a little more expensive,
?since you have to continually keep purchasing the items.
Now I do also buy from Trader Joes in the US,? raw and fermented sauerkraut..with the juice in it.
It is? 18 ounces(590 g) and sells for about $5 USD.
It will last about week to 10 days.

Have you tried juicing green cabbage?
Perhaps with carrots/celery/cucumbers to off-set the taste of just the green cabbage juice,

I have done that in the past to fortify my guy biome.
