I also add water (and 2 teaspoons flax seeds to the mix) and I'm still here to tell the tale, so obviously, it's not detrimental. ??I add Splenda for sweetening and sometimes 1/3 of a banana. It's delicious!
Regarding all the back and forth arguments about FO/CC, ?and what JB should or shouldn't have done, all this is totally irrelevant when a person has been diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer. ?Time, in such instances is of the essence! ?We don't have the time to look for tests and numbers too support what one should or should not do. On an instinctive level, I feel that FO/CC is working for me. ?I don't need clinical trials or numbers to support that! I reasoned that since the FO/CC is a FOOD ... How could it possibly hurt me? I'm not a Dr or a scientist, so the tests etc to prove or disprove this concoction, doesn't mean anything to me. ?Cliff's (and others) anecdotal evidence and testimonies from hundreds of people is all I need to know that FO/CC is beneficial.
I go the the Cancer Clinic every 3 months (they know I'm doing FO/CC) and they're amazed at how my blood work continues to improve every quarter. As I've told you all many times before, I believe that the combined therapies of Dr Johanna Budwig and Dr Hulda Clark have helped to save my life. ?
Many women who were dx with Ovarian Cancer when I was, are no longer with us, or are fighting several reoccurrences, ?so the FO/CC must be doing SOMETHING!!! ?I also walk every day to absorb the fresh outdoors and sunshine that JB advises. ?I have made all my 'health' decisions based on common sense supported by anecdotal evidence from Cliff, Miz Judy and other caring people on this list (they deserve a medal!) They don't want to make money out of us, they simply want to help us all because they *care* about people and helping them get well.
My JB book is the same as was mentioned (came from Vancouver, B.C.) comprising lectures, which convinced me of the benefits of FO/CC!
