Hi all,

I have been mixing the flax oil and cc in a blender.?
Since the cc is a little
thick, I have been adding a half a cup of water, which
lets it mix more easily
and also makes it easier to clean the blender.??
Can anyone think of any
reason that adding water might interfere with the
effectiveness of the
flax/cc combination?
