I missed the yogurt part, rather than cottage cheese. Do you have issues digesting dairy?

I would bet it will work fine. But, the protein content need only be 12% so all the better.

Yes indeed. In a perfect world everything we eat would be organic but that is just not the case. The reason I gave the edge to Daisy is that it only contains the 4 basic ingredients, no fillers or coagulators etc. Where I lived at the time organic was hard to find and was very expensive. I think people spend too much time worrying about the minor details rather than looking at the entire protocol as a whole. Don't cheat on the diet and you will most likely heal.

Rod......I also have been using Daisy 2% for the last 12 years.
If it is not on the grocer's shelf I will go with the regular...but 90% of the time it has been 2%

You would get a lower average fat content, but not sure it would be necessary. But then I didn't use organic cottage cheese. Daisy 2% worked for me.

unable to get low fat organic cottage cheese, only full fat or no fat but was wondering if the 2 mixed together with a hand blender might give me low fat 2%.
Thanks in advance for any advice.
